The response time within 24 hours is subject to appointment availability and the management will not be held liable if we are unable to meet the timing for whatever reason it may be. Service request is to be made via our Customer Service Officers from Monday to Saturday between 9am – 6pm.
Depending on the nature of stains, there is a possibility that the service will not be able to remove all stains on the item(s), while all reasonable efforts will be used to remove or lighten the stains.
