FACTORY LICENSE

LABOUR LICENSE

CONSENT TO ESTABLISH (CTE)

The Consent to Establish (CTE), also known as Consent for Establishment (CFE), is a mandatory environmental clearance required in India before an industry or project can begin any construction, installation of machinery, or setup activity. It is essentially a No Objection Certificate (NOC) issued by the State Pollution Control Board (SPCB) or Pollution Control Committee (PCC)

CONSENT TO OPERATE (CTO)

That's the logical next step! The Consent to Operate (CTO) is the second and final mandatory environmental clearance required in India before an industry or project can legally start its commercial production or operational activities. It is granted by the State Pollution Control Board (SPCB) or Pollution Control Committee (PCC)

HAZARDOUS WASTE MANAGEMENT

That's a critical area of environmental compliance, especially for industries. Hazardous Waste Management is the process of safely collecting, storing, transporting, treating, and disposing of waste materials that pose a substantial or potential threat to public health or the environment.

FIRE LICENSE NOC

The Fire NOC, or No-Objection Certificate, is a document issued by the state's Fire Department. It confirms thorough inspection and assessment of a building's fire safety measures and machinery. Acquiring this certification ensures compliance with state laws and guarantees the safety of the property and its occupants. Each state's Fire Service Department issues the Fire NOC.

HEALTH AND SANITARY CERTIFICATE

A health and sanitary certificate, also known as a certificate of health or certificate of sanitation, is a document that attests to the health and cleanliness of a particular entity, such as a person, animal, plant, food product, or premises. It is typically issued by an authorized government agency or a qualified health inspector.

ISI

ISI stands for the Indian Standards Institution, which is now known as the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS).BIS is a government-mandated organization established to develop and maintain quality standards for products and services to ensure consumer safety and product quality. They provide certification for a wide range of products to indicate that they meet the specified Indian standards for quality and safety. When a product is ISI certified, it means that it has undergone testing and conforms to the relevant Indian standards set by BIS.

MSIHC

MSIHC refers to India's Manufacture, Storage and Import of Hazardous Chemicals Rules, 1989, crucial safety regulations under the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986, designed to prevent major accidents in industries handling hazardous substances by mandating strict safety protocols, hazard analysis, emergency planning, and reporting for facilities like chemical plants, refineries, and power stations.
